Why Go Through Krav Maga Training?
I recently returned from Israel, where I trained at the IKI (Israeli Krav International) headquarters for two weeks. I trained in krav maga and had the opportunity to train with an elite organization that teaches counter-terrorism tactics to the military, security and law enforcement. I was completely out of my comfort zone. Why did I do it? Simple: It is necessary.
